Notes |
Pump, 750µl #1
(87-4284W-750-05) |
Taken off test —
no further need to run. |
6.19M cycles on motor. Guided with new .250dia roller bearings.
Interesting facts:
| · |
No wear observed on bearings or bearing surfaces. |
| · |
Motor had approximately 3.9M inches of linear travel and a .3125” stroke. |
| · |
Motor noise was negligible, and still was functional when test was stopped. |
| · |
Sapphire Piston. |

Pump, 750µl #2
(87-4284W-750-05) |
Taken off test —
no further need to run. |
4.48M cycles on motor. Guided with new .250dia roller bearings.
Interesting facts:
| · |
No wear observed on bearings or bearing surfaces. |
| · |
Bearings still spun freely. |
| · |
Motor had approximately 2.8M inches of linear travel and a .3125” stroke. |
| · |
Motor noise was negligible, and still was functional when test was stopped. |
| · |

Typical Precision Evaluations (From Customers)

Accuracy Evaluations
As with precision evaluations shown above, customers have provided us accuracy data from their own volumetric tests. These independent tests show dispense inaccuracies within ±1 percent for dispense volumes between 25µL and 750µL — using a 750 µL PDP at flow rates up to 750µL per second. Please contact us for specific data.
