Founded in 1975 by Paul Upchurch, Upchurch Scientific® has built its reputation as the industry leader in fluid transfer components. Now ISO 2000 certified, this division leads the world in extrusion and molding of high-performance engineering thermoplastics. Products include tubing, fittings, valves and accessories for analytical, biotechnology and diagnostic equipment and related fluid-transfer components. More recently, Upchurch Scientific has come to lead the industry in micro- and nanofluidic components including valves, mixers, fittings, tubing, filters and column hardware. In 2004, Upchurch Medical was created to be the designated part of Upchurch Scientific to focus on medical market applications. They manufacture custom medical device components including implant and instrument components as well as medical tubing extrusions.
