Low Pressure Valves
Scivex® also offers a variety of Low Pressure Valves. These valves are primarily switching valves, designed for applications where inline fluidic pressure does not exceed 500 psi (35 bar).
Wetted surfaces for each valve are PEEK™ and Teflon®, ensuring a high degree of chemical compatibility. The following three configurations exist for this line of products:

Each valve has .040” (1mm) internal fluid passageways, ensuring minimal pressure drop even at elevated flow rates. Other flow path diameters are available for specific needs.
Each valve in this line allows tubing connections via standard 1/4-28 threaded flat-bottom fittings (including the Upchurch Scientific brand Flangeless and Super Flangeless™ fittings). These fittings will accommodate tubing with an outer diameter of up to 1/8” (3.2mm).
Each valve can be coupled with our DC gear-motor or more traditional stepper-motor actuators, either as a stand-alone or incorporated into an OEM configured instrument platform.
