Custom Manifolds
Scivex® can provide OEMs with custom manifold assemblies manufactured from a large variety of materials, including Acrylic and Ultem®. Custom fluidic manifolds help consolidate plumbing and reduce the number of tubing and fitting connections in a fluid circuit, thereby increasing reliability. Manifolds can be custom designed to each OEM’s specific requirements. We can also integrate other products onto these manifolds, such as solenoid valves, Confluent™ PDPs (Precision Dispense Pumps), etc. Each manifold is 100 percent inspected to verify it meets our customer’s specifications.
